 Cheque Delivery

Send transfers via ACH, RTGS, International Wires or Transfer between JMMB accounts via JMMB Moneyline 
For same-day processing, please ensure to submit your request by 11 A.M. for transfers from JMMB Investments and 12 noon for transfers from JMMB Bank on Moneyline. 

You will need the Payee’s account name, account number, account type (whether chequing or saving) and their bank branch or transit no. in order to set up the transfer.

 Cheque Pickup

Send transfers via ACH, RTGS, International Wires or Transfer between JMMB accounts via JMMB Moneyline 
For same-day processing, please ensure to submit your request by 11 A.M. for transfers from JMMB Investments and 12 noon for transfers from JMMB Bank on Moneyline.

 Cash Withdrawals

Please use JMMB Bank ATMs or any Visa-certified ATM for cash withdrawals.
If you do not have a JMMB Bank Visa Debit Card, please visit your nearest JMMB branch to collect one.

 ACH/RTGS/Internal Transfers/International Wires

Please use JMMB Moneyline.
For same-day processing, please ensure to submit your request by 11 A.M. for transfers from JMMB Investments and 12 noon for transfers from JMMB Bank on Moneyline.

  Standing Orders Cheque Payments to other Banks

Please contact our client care centre at (876) 998-JMMB (5662) to cancel existing standing order cheque payments then login to JMMB Moneyline  to set up a standing order via ACH.

Effective Thursday, April 2, 2020, for all J$ cheques drawn on other commercial banks and deposited to your JMMB account, please note the following adjustments:

  • JMMB Bank Clients: The holding period has changed from 3 days to 4 days.
    As a result, you will have access to your funds on the 5th day.
  • JMMB Investment Clients: The holding period has changed from 4 days to 5 days.
    As a result, you will have access to your funds on the 6th day.

  Cash Deposits

Make deposits via specified JMMB Bank ATMs.
If you do not have a JMMB Bank Visa Debit Card, please visit your nearest JMMB branch to collect one.

Notice of Postal Service Delay

 

We wish to advise our shareholders and clients, that due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jamaica's Post and Telecommunications service (Jamaica Post) has temporarily suspended delivery of outgoing mail to a number of countries. This means, that printed correspondence to our shareholders and clients, including dividend cheques and statements, will be delayed, until further notice, to the following countries and regions:

• Canada • Caribbean Countries (except Trinidad and Tobago)

• Africa • Asia • Australia • Europe • South America
 

We encourage you to complete a dividend mandate form and email it to info@jmmb.com, to start receiving your dividend payments directly to your account. You may access this form by clicking here: dividend mandate form . Additionally, if you aren’t already signed up for JMMB Moneyline, we recommend that you register at https://bit.ly/JMMBMoneylineSignUp, so that you will be able to view your statements online, in addition to conducting other transactions.
