Are you a new client?

Welcome to the JMMB family. 

Getting started with JMMB is easy and we are here to help you every step of the way. Follow these simple instructions to start the process of opening your first JMMB account and join the JMMB family. 

If you need any assistance, please contact our Client Care Centre at  (876) 998-JMMB (5662). 

Our Client Care Centre opens:

Mondays - Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Sundays: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  

  1. To open a JMMB Investments account, download our Client Information Form Risk Tolerance Questionnaire and Portfolio Advisory Services Form
  2. To open a JMMB Bank account, download our Client Information Form and JMMB Bank - Account Opening Form 
    If you are not sure which account is right for you, please have a look at our solutions or call our Client Care Centre at  (876) 998-JMMB (5662) and let us discuss the best option for you. 
  3. One (1) piece of valid identification
  4. Tax Identification Number (e.g. TRN or SSN) 
  5. Source of Funds Information
  6. Proof of Residential Address

    Please Note: Identification and proof of address must be separate documents. A single document for both identification and proof of address will not be accepted. For clients interested in the Ez Start Savings Account, only a Tax Identification Number and one (1) piece of valid identification will be required. 

Send us an email at newclient@jmmb.com with: the name of the JMMB product/service that you're interested in; the completed forms (Client Information FormRisk Tolerance Questionnaire and Portfolio Advisory Services Form or Client Information Form and JMMB Bank - Account Opening Form); along with the supporting information listed in Step 1. 

 

You will receive an email confirming the receipt of the documents sent to us. Within two (2) business days, a JMMB representative will contact you to have a financial planning conversation and provide the next steps to complete your account opening process.

Are you an existing client?

JMMB has different solutions to meet all your financial needs. Follow the steps below to quickly open another account with us.

  1. To open a JMMB Investments account, download our Risk Tolerance Questionnaire and Portfolio Advisory Services Form
  2. To open a JMMB Bank account, download our JMMB Bank - Account Opening Form 
  3. If you have any information that needs to be updated (ID, address, contact details, etc.), based on your last visit to us, please also download and complete our Client Information Update Form

Adding Minors (Under 18)

To add a minor to an account, the following information is required:

 

  1. Birth Certificate; Adoption Certificate; Voluntary Declaration or Court Order.
  2. One (1) piece of valid identification. Remember to ensure that your identification is not expired. (e.g. Passport; Passport Card; Driver’s License; Resident Card or Citizenship Card. 
  3. Notarized Picture. (Only required, if valid picture identification is not available).
  4. Taxpayer Registration Number. (Only required for specific accounts.) 
  5. Letter from Parent or Legal Guardian authorizing the opening of an account. (Only required if they are not accompanying the minor.)

 

IMPORTANT. Minors must be on an account with an adult. Once the minor turns 18 years old the other required documentation, outlined above, must be presented before the individual can perform any transactions on the account. Proof of address is not required for minors.
