If you notice an unfamiliar or unauthorized transaction on your JMMB Bank Visa Debit Card, it’s important to act quickly. Taking immediate steps helps to secure your account, prevent further activity, and begin the investigation process. Follow the steps below to lock your card, report the issue, and protect your finances.

1. Lock Your Card (via the JMMB Moneyline App)

Download the JMMB Moneyline App from the App Store or Google Play Store. Then follow with: Go to Menu ▸ Cards ▸ Select your debit card ▸ Lock Card

2. Submit a Dispute
Complete the JMMB Bank Visa Debit Transaction Dispute Form and submit to visadebit@jmmb.com for any unauthorized transactions.  

3. Monitor Your Account
Keep your card locked. Do not share your PIN
