Dispute Settlement

1. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this Site that cannot be settled between you and JMMB through its representative shall be resolved by arbitration pursuant to the Arbitration Act of Jamaica, and shall be conducted before a single arbitrator agreed with you or in the absence of agreement nominated by the president of the Jamaican Bar Association. The award of the arbitrator shall be final, and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
