JMMB Group Her Wealth Seminar to Empower Women for Success in 2018 & Beyond
With a new year often comes a new outlook and a new lease on life. In keeping with this sentiment, JMMB Group has organized another seminar in its JMMB Her Wealth series designed to empower and embolden women to lead successful lives in 2018 and beyond. The event is slated for Saturday, January 20 starting at 2:30 p.m.
The all-female event will feature JMMB Group’s culture and human development executive, Donna Duncan-Scott and Rochelle Cameron, vice president of legal and regulatory - Jamaica, Cayman and Trinidad & Tobago at FLOW; both speakers are no strangers to similar empowerment events. Duncan-Scott will use the occasion to share on the power of choice and how transformation of one’s mindset can help to uncover one’s greatness. While, Rochelle Cameron will share pointers on achieving success and overcoming challenges in all spheres of their lives. Participants will have the opportunity, during the session, to engage in lively discussions, gain practical pointers and partake in introspective exercises, geared towards helping them to recharge and take charge of their future.
Felecia Williams, corporate manager at JMMB Group explains that “JMMB has been deliberate in organizing these events which addresses topics that the company believes are relevant and timely for women. Thus far, the series have addressed a range of issues including: personal safety, financial protection and security, reproductive journey and parenting.”
This event forms a part of a series of all-women lifestyle events organized by JMMB Group to complement its campaign, which was launched last year – JMMB Her Wealth - offering a complete financial solution that includes: investments, loans, savings, insurance offerings and a rewards programme. This financial solution was developed in response to a perceived gap that had been identified in the market, by research, that suggested the need for financial institutions to deepen their relationship with women.
The series is in keeping with the company’s objective to provide financial education to its clients, on how to achieve their financial goals, by pairing lifestyle-related topics with financial issues.
