If you notice a suspicious transaction on your JMMB Bank Visa Debit Card that you don’t recognize, it’s important to act quickly.

Step 1: Lock Your Card Immediately

Use the JMMB Moneyline App to prevent further unauthorized transactions: 

• Download the JMMB Moneyline App from the App Store or Google Play Store. 
• Then follow with: Menu ▸ Cards ▸ Select your debit card ▸ Lock Card

Step 2: Report the Transaction

Complete the JMMB Bank Visa Debit Transaction Dispute Form and email it to: 

• Download the JMMB Bank Visa Debit Transaction Dispute Form
• Email to completed form to visadebit@jmmb.com
   

Step 3: Protect Your Account

While your report is being processed:

• Keep your card locked
• Monitor your account regularly for any new activity
• Never share your PIN or card details with anyone
