Step 1: Lock Your Card Immediately
Use the JMMB Moneyline App to prevent further unauthorized transactions:
- Download the JMMB Moneyline App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Then follow with: Menu ▸ Cards ▸ Select your debit card ▸ Lock Card
Step 2: Report the Transaction
Complete the JMMB Bank Visa Debit Transaction Dispute Form and email it to:

- Email to completed form to visadebit@jmmb.com
Step 3: Protect Your Account
While your report is being processed:
- Keep your card locked
- Monitor your account regularly for any new activity
- Never share your PIN or card details with anyone
