JMMB Group Limited Annual General Meeting 2024

The JMMB Group Limited Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 10: 00 a.m. (Jamaica)/11:00 a.m. (Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago), in a person at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel Kingston, located at 81 Knutsford Boulevard, Kingston 5, Jamaica, as well as virtually. Shareholders will be able to participate online via a private link (subject to registration)  and will be able to vote on matters arising at the meeting. 

All registered shareholders, regardless of geographic location will therefore have an equal opportunity to participate in the AGM and engage directors and team leaders of the business.
