JMMB Group Limited Annual General Meeting 2023

The JMMB Group Limited Annual General Meeting will be held on FRIDAY OCTOBER  6, 2023 at 10: 30 a.m. (Jamaica)/11:30 a.m. (Trinidad and Tobago), in person as well as virtually. Shareholders will be able to participate online via a private link (subject to registration)  and will be able to vote on matters arising at the meeting. 

All registered shareholders, regardless of geographic location will therefore have an equal opportunity to participate in the AGM and engage directors and team leaders of the business.
