Notice Re: JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) Audited Financials for Year Ending March 31, 2020
JMMBGL wishes to advise that due to the impact of various factors associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the May 30, 2020 reporting timeline for the submission of its audited financial statements for year ended March 31, 2020 will be delayed. These audited statements will now be released on or before June 30, 2020.
