JMMB Clients & Prospects Sip and Paint to “Her Wealth”

The all-female invitees of JMMB clients and prospective clients were delighted to discover the artist within themselves, during the recently held inspirational JMMB Paint.Sip.Cheers event, hosted by the JMMB Investments Ocho Rios team. 

The branch hall was transformed into a makeshift art studio, to accommodate the evening’s artistic proceedings, decked with canvases, paint and brushes. Upon entering, each participant was invited to select a quote, which would serve as her artistic inspiration for the evening. A brief welcome by Vivienne Duncan, manager, client partnership at JMMB Investments, Ocho Rios, gave way to an energetic presentation, juxtaposing art with finance, led by Michelle Sinclair-Doyley, client financial educator at JMMB. She opened her presentation with an icebreaker, which had the ladies working closely to assemble a puzzle, forming the image of a woman encircled by inspirational words, in keeping with the focus of the event. This seamlessly segued into a discussion about the inspirational words from the puzzle. Using the most popular words shared by the ladies namely: “responsibility, powerful, independence and smart,” Sinclair-Doyley outlined the range of financial solutions provided by JMMB, through its newest offering, JMMB Her Wealth, which catered to the unique needs of women, including its  handbag insurance coverage and maternity loan.  The JMMB Her Wealth solution, she explained, is a complete financial solution, which includes: investments, loans, savings, insurance and a rewards programme.  She further noted, the journey towards your goals is made easier with expert guidance, encouraging invitees to forge strategic partnerships, whether their goals were financial goals, or simply creating a puzzle, as in the case of the icebreaker earlier, or even creating a masterpiece at the end of the night.

It was then time for the ladies to create their own inspirational masterpieces, while sipping on the delightful selection of wines offered. The dynamic duo Ryan and Gillian Meeks of Paint and Sip Jamaica, expertly guided the participants to create their own work of art. At the end of the evening, the invitees admitted that they thoroughly enjoyed the experience, leaving inspired and pleased with the outcome of their masterpieces.
