JMMB Group Joins HerFlow Foundation to End Period Poverty

Shelly-Ann Weeks, author and founder, HerFlow Foundation, which has a primary focus on female reproductive health, estimates that approximately 70,000 girls cannot afford feminine products – also known as “period poverty” – so they use discarded fabric, paper towels and some even resort to reusing sanitary napkins.

JMMB Group Newest Campaign Introduces Holistic Approach to Financial Planning
The JMMB Group, on February 24, rolled out its newest marketing campaign that, the company said, is expected to showcase its unique client partnership approach, which will better enable clients to be more strategic in achieving their financial goals.
“We want to help Jamaicans to write their success stories, by introducing them to a more deliberate and holistic approach to financial planning,” shared Kerry-Ann Stimpson, JMMB’s group chief marketing officer, in describing the premise of the campaign. “As a company, JMMB Group, recognizes that each individual has goals and dreams that they want to achieve, but may need the relevant expertise, financial tools, customised plan and partner to guide them along the way. This is the difference that JMMB Group offers its clients, by taking the time to have a conversation with them to: understand their needs – spoken or unspoken; quantify the cost of their goal(s); and identify a suite of financial solutions that are designed to help clients achieve their goals; and, ultimately, checking-in to ensure that clients are on track, or to reassess the plan, where necessary. The JMMB exec adds, “We have designed an approach that will take financial planning a step further, by providing clients with a customised plan in hand, to serve as a roadmap to their personal success story.”
